Elements – Uniting for a Better Future
“It’s not just a social committee, it’s a dream to unite people.” Founded by Biswojeet Swain, a young visionary from a small town of Odisha, Elements was born when he was just in class 11 with a heartfelt desire: to create a space where people from diverse backgrounds could come together, be welcomed, and work toward meaningful change in society. At Elements, we believe karma is a blessing—every act of kindness you do will return to you in abundance. Our mission is to serve society, empower youth, and create a lasting impact that shapes a brighter tomorrow. Elements stands as the parent committee, giving rise to its impactful sub-committee, TATVA, guided by the tagline: “Helping hands are better than praying lips.” Through TATVA, we invite vibrant youth from different walks of life, especially management students across colleges, to collaborate, contribute, and lead social projects during their tenure. This isn’t just an organization—it’s a movement, a platform for youth to become changemakers, to turn compassion into action, and to leave behind a legacy of service. Let’s unite. Let’s create.
